After taking 3 years off from competition, where he placed second at the NZFBB Nationals in the Men's Classic class in 2009, Chris Nel has emerged as the 2012 National Australian Men's Classic Champ and will be representing Australia at the Men's World in Bulgaria next week.

In this update we find out how Chris, a South African, via New Zealand and now living in Western feels about representing his new country.  And whether he's still a kiwi at heart :)

Ken, Brady and Eduardo all placed 1st in their respective classes- with Ken and Eduardo also claiming overall placings as well as the Steve Miller Memorial Gym Trophy for their local gym, City fitness Napier.

  The WFF classes in the NABBA WFF is all about condition.  Its about who can bring their leanest, fullest and most vascular physique on the day.  One athlete we can rely on bringing all those factors on the day is 'Mr Condition' himself, Aron Noble.  Aron took out the WFF Class 4and the Nationals and although only weighing in at 62.5kg, he looks much heavier than his frame and mass suggests.

Dan 'Gravedigger' Digby grew up brawling on the streets of Hastings, so it seems he has come full-circle, with the recent opening Orphans Fight Club (OFC) with co-founder Gareth 'The Irish' Burke, and small group of like-minded fighters, in his original stomping grounds.
